The customer service here is amazing! I made a mistake in my order and Jeremiah and the team went really far out of their way to fix MY error. They were quick and super friendly about it and it was without me even having to ask. It was a great customer experience and I will definitely come back to this location. Thank you so much!

Went to get coffee her today and they close in 20mins early before there time to close even the drive thur was not open dnt know was they have to close so early when it was 8:41 and they close at 9 there ppl that work and night and want a hot cup of coffee I’ll be let corporate know how there running there store and help they fix it

I've held back on providing review to this location. 1. The frequency of order errors are common. 2. Their made drinks are lacking in flavor compared to other Starbucks. 3. Poor customer service. I feel they are just there to get paid to themselves nothing else and forgetting about customer enjoyment first. they dont seem to care about the customer. Seriously who can drink poor customer service? 4. Congratulations! This is the first store to not give out straws upon request for drinks that need one! Understood that logistics and other factors may be part of it but have never encountered this problem up until now. 5. Whats with the smirk(s)? Please improve your staff. No order# will be given.
