Hoping to save you all some headache and mess. Currently in the process of getting all my sons medical records. We took him in for a 15 month physical of which he was given a shot. The nurse did not tell my boyfriend which shot it was, didn’t give a pamphlet, NOTHING AS TO WHAT THE SHOT WAS. He finds out what it was from the front desk. He then scheduled an appointment for today, June 22nd at 11:15. I bring him in and the front desk alerts me that the lady didn’t put in the appointment in the system and that since they were booked that they needed to reschedule my son. I ask for the office managers number as this has not been the first time, and the front desk tries to avoid giving it to me. I end up getting it when a nurse comes in asking if I remember what shot was administered to my son last appointment because it wasn’t in his medical record. EXCUSE ME! Malpractice to its fullest to administer a shot to your patient not give any info AND not put it in his medical records. I tell her the shot and then ask which appointment will be for this Friday of which the front desk has to ask the nurse what the difference is between well baby, physical, and shot. I then reluctantly make an appointment for Friday and I will be getting my medical records then as well as having a nice long talk with the office manager about her staffs lack of communication and malpractice. Also if you have Dr.Becker, you can forget seeing him. My son has seen him 3 times in the 15 he’s been earth side, no questions we have at appointments are ever answered, and used gloves, tongue sticks and bloody cotton balls will be left out where your child sits. If I even see Becker on Friday I’ll be sure to post the proof.

Dr. Becker goes out of his way to help my daughter. He allows his patients parent’s to text him questions and he gets back to me so quickly. Answers all of my questions and tells me what to do and if I should be worried. He even does telethealth visits the same day and will give a referral if he really thinks something is wrong. He’s not overly dramatic like so many doctors. He doesn’t push vaccines. He’s supportive of homeopathic remedies. I just think he’s the best doctor I’ve ever come across and I’m so grateful to have him for my daughter. We drive an hour away just to see him. He even did a telehealth conference on a Sunday when the office wasn’t even open because he cares that much! Yes the women that work for him are mostly pretty rude. But I think it’s because the office is so busy because the doctor is in such high demand. For any faults, this office makes up for it in being there for your child without question. No other doctor will give you a personal phone number to contact with concerns or questions. I’m so grateful for Dr. Becker and I would highly recommend him to any parent. I trust him fully with my daughters health and that says it all.

This office is a complete joke. The office staff is beyond incompetent. My 2 year old has been waiting for a referral for over 6 months. Ana is apparently the only one who deals with referrals and she refuses to do her job. Countless phone calls, trips to the office in person and emails have resulted in my daughter still not having her referral completed properly. My daughters development has been greatly impacted by this women's negligence. We have since switched pediatricians and would highly suggest that you do not bring your children here. You're dealing with children's health and development. Do better.

We love Dr Becker and his office staff. I struggled finding a new pediatrician that I trusted for my 4 kids. Dr Becker truly cares! It’s so nice to have your kids seen by a doctor who doesn’t just pump them full of meds! I highly recommend this office.
