Very knowledgeable. Gave us great advice on how to replace some of glass in our windows. Terrific job replacing a windshield in one of our cars and sent us to the Saturday discount clinic to get a ding in our windshield fixed. One stop shopping. Great customer service.

Such an easy process from start to finish. Called on Monday and they set me up with an appointment for Wednesday. I received a call reminder early Wednesday morning that Fernando would be coming by later that morning to replace my windshield. I then received a call from Fernando around 10:40am informing me that he would be there within 10 minutes. When he arrived he let me know that it would take about 30 minutes to complete the windshield replacement. He was done by 11:15am. Now that's outstanding customer service! Highly recommended business!

Scratch removal in residential glass and light commercial applications is not a commercially viable solution. Basically, it is labor-intensive and not very successful. Furthermore, if the customer is not satisfied with the result, they are understandably not willing to pay for the time and materials invested by the glass company. Scratch removal and scratch buffing systems exist; however, they are typically only practical in warehouses, industrial, and on larger commercial glass projects. Please call our Glass Doctor office if you would like a more detailed explanation.
We specialize in glass replacement. We can, in most cases, remove the glass from the frame and install new glass. Your existing window sash will remain.
Most likely. However, if the mirror is glued to the wall, there is no guarantee that it can be taken down without breaking. If you can get the existing mirror off the wall, we will need the mirror brought to our shop to cut down. There is no guarantee that the mirror will cut without breaking either. We cannot be responsible if a piece of glass or mirror that belongs to a customer breaks when trying to cut it, but we always do our best to cut carefully.
If you use steam to fog the glass, you will see a tempered logo in one of the corners that shows the glass is safety glass. There are code requirements for safety glass as well. Consult with your local Glass Doctor for those requirements.
No. Each double or triple pane window is manufactured in a quality-controlled environment and sealed carefully to keep air or gas trapped between the panes. As more and more windows include a heat reflective low-emissivity (Low-E) surface inside the unit, these become irreparable once moisture oxidizes the material, leaving a discolored, moldy appearance inside the unit. Even without a Low-E surface, the water staining that occurs from condensing and evaporating over and over leaves a hazy film on the glass that cannot ever be cleaned to perfection.
It's like an equation for figuring angles if I understand it correctly.
