The staff is friendly. They tuned up my bike today. They did a great job and quick turnaround. I had asked to have my inner tubes replaced but was pleasantly surprised to find out tt wasn't necessary, so they saved me money. I will definitely return here for my future bike needs Thank you.

I woke up Sunday morning and decided it was the big Bike day while omw to bicycle warehouse while on fwy seen it was closed. Stopped off Newport at another bike shop there customer service was horrible even though we were only customers in store. Looked up next shop over and found Alan's bike shop. Upon arrival they were extremely busy older gentlemen trying to do as much as he could very informative and helpful. Younger kid was fixing bikes doing test rides and ringing customers up. Once they were available they helped me walk out with a Scott Genius. Considering the times and how busy they were they did EVERYTHING possible to hold everything together help all customers and help me walk out with my bike. Thank you guys for all your help no matter how many shops near and far you guys will be my first stop.

This place is close to home and the service is always up to par! Both my husband and I have taken our bikes here for work. Each time they've been able to fix the issue whether the brakes weren't working correctly or a rim needed straightening. We've also rented a mountain bike from the shop. The bike was reasonably priced, in great condition for a rental, and we totally got our money's worth! Thank you Alan's Bike shop!
