I called to ask if they had a place to drop off at this location, nobody answered the phone. The recording said my call was very important and the wait time was 2 minutes. It went down to 1 minute and then back up to 2 minutes. Then it went to 3 minutes. My cell phone indicated I was on hold 8 minutes and 17 seconds. I called back and the wait time had gone to 4 minutes. This sounds like employees being on personal calls rather than business. I should take my donations to a thrift store! I could not post with zero stars, they don't deserve one, but I had to give it to them.

Something I bought had a price tag on it but it "wasn't acceptable". And she said I needed to go get another alternative thing of the same price. And when I did she said, "I wish you hadn't done that... I can't know that you did that." and I said, "I'm sorry it's just a $5 mirror." and she said,"You just don't listen or follow instructions very well do you?" which was incredibly degrading because it was in front of everybody in a line she created.
