We do deliveries here every week and I swear the team there is amazing, but the security lady with the glasses is one of the rudest lady. She is never willing to listen or hear anything you have to say. Always gives us a hard time before there’s a resolution and it’s always about the same thing. She’s just completely rude.

NFI is poorly managed as it relates to drivers. Checking in at this place can be a nightmare depending on whose working 10 or 12 hour shifts and who's at lunch. This will determine if it takes 10 minutes or 30 plus minutes to get thru the gate to drop/pickup your loads. Because not everyone is not trained to process the BOL's or parking assignments.
