I spoke with two representatives regarding an appointment THEY set and have yet to have any assistance. The last representative I spoke with today was very rude and rushed me off the phone as I was telling her I needed formula for my 7 month old. UPDATE: I spoke with a nurse who was happy to assist me with my concerns and she provided me with great customer service. I just wish the reps who first answer the phone gained better customer service.
