All Kaiser’s in riverside county are a joke. This urgent care prescribed me antibiotics that specifically aren’t for mono that caused a whole body rash(only found out when I had to be taken to the emergency room) lost important paperwork 2 separate times that resulted in my license being suspended, and to see my main provider it’s a 3 month wait. Don’t bother

Started off by calling in the morning and was told we would receive a phone call back and we never received it. Called again and was advised to go to urgent care. Went to urgent care for my wife who is 5 weeks pregnant and bleeding with abdominal pain. Waited 4 hours! Not sure what they consider as an emergency, but apparently having a life in danger is not it. I will hold Kaiser Permanente and their staff liable for neglect if anything happens from the lack of care on this visit.

I went to the urgent care on a Friday evening for my clogged ears due to wax build up. I was called super fast under 15 minutes of waiting. RN Angelica or Angela did an amazing job unclogging my ears!! My hearing is crystal clear now. Thank you!!!

I really like this facility.. for regular stuff..always treated well..lines are longer here but the alternative is a drive to Riverside or the desert. This is a medical OFFICE facility only at this time..no hospital/no E.R. They are building that. Urgent cares are always long waits no matter where ya go unless you luck out at a slow time... best to call and ask for a same-day appt. Urgent care docs and nurses are going as fast as they can. Try going to a public for-profit hospital if you think Kaiser is bad. covid pandemic garbage is the same everywhere..pretty useless...covid is all about getting those $$ while they can. I had to do a covid spit-test for a procedure later in the week and the girl who accepted my sample didn't put the lid on, it spilled and I had to drive back hours later wasn't too happy..but with the pandemic they've had to hire lower caliber employees...all in all Kaiser is the best if you can overlook the whole covid-game..

There are Kaiser Medical Centers in Temecula, Wildomar and Murrieta. If what you need is not availaable, for instance ER, you can go to other participating facilities. They will tell you where you can go when you let them know where you live and ask for other locations near by. Murrieta Kaiser on Keller Street is expanding its facility and offers many services. They will have out patient surgery soon. Call member service for information on what they offer in the area closer then Riverside. We have always been with Kaiser and when moving here, it was a learning experience but, the Kaiser quality, cost and convenience is here. They are catching up to the population growth in this area soon.

This pharmacy is well staffed and waits are usually only a few minutes but week nights are the quickest
