This gym is awesome! Lots of options for anyone who wants to work out at every level. I have been working with a trainer named Evynne and she has helped me so much with my fitness and health goals! I highly recommend her and EOS gym!

When I call ask for cancel your membership on July 18 at 7:00 am. The receptionist told me that the manager will call me back, I never got a call since then. GOOD LUCK YOU GUYS WITH CANCELLATION. After you guys cancel the membership with them they will charge you for one more month with no reason even u cancel it today. Sound like u have the obligation to pay them even though you not using the service.

As soon as I walked in the door I got an unwelcoming vibe from the front desk lady. It was even worse when I began to talk to another gym staff. I came in with a 7 day free pass, and I explained that I was just looking to get a membership for a month just because I’m here on holiday. During the tour he did not seem delighted to show me around then sent me out the door because I didn’t have further questions. I felt uncomfortable and unwanted. The level of customer service that I got isn’t enough to make me want to come back. So I went to another gym and signed up there.

Great place to work out. It has all of the weights and training machines I need to complete a comprehensive work out. It is overly clean, the staff works to keep the place sanitized, and there are no areas that are under-utilized. For the $ 9.99 fee per month, this place is hard to beat.

There app! "Eos Fitness" log in and it will ask for your location. After you log in click the "+"on top of the screen then "find a class" and set your filters for locations and classes you would like to see that are available!

The answer to that question is late at night super early in the morning like 3 am till 9am in the morning that's when it's not busy and having annoying people taking up space.

They do have multiple tanning rooms. It's an additional cost per month however if you dont include it in your membership there doesn't seem to be any way to track members with or without. Do the free walk through and check them out. They seem to be clean and well maintained
call them and ask for the # to their billing company..it is a third party company that does all of their automated billing..i had no problems cancelling. they did ask for a 30 day notice before cancelling so i was charged one last month before they cancelled.
