Place is great it does have very thin walls.
Well, if someone is going to have a house party, you will know. That should answer the thin ceiling concern. I don't know of a parking cost unless you want the shed thingy. The rent could be changed during the time of lease renewal, but my friends and I have been paying the amount agreed on at the time of checkin. To sum it up, the place is worth it if you can manage to keep it clean and leverage the facilities to the maximum.
