It is one of best communities that I have ever lived. The only two issues that I have encountered were mostly out of hands of management. First, the noise of neighbour's kids or adults fighting in the middle of the night or their smoking Marijuana in their restrooms and smoke entering our restrooms' vents. Second the price raise every year.

I lived here for 6 years, by myself/with a roommate, 1br/2br, with a pet/without a pet, on the bottom level/on the top level… I stayed in this complex just upgrading haha. I’ve moved since then and this is one of the best apts. I felt comfortable walking around, never had bugs, wasn’t too loud, I had issues like normal complexes but they were addressed quickly each time and I didn’t have to pay for every little thing. I had a upstairs neighbor have water leaks and I busted shot glasses in the disposal… like not normal things to happen, but the issues got fixed within days and without a hassle. I always tell people to check this place out.

We have been here a little more than a month. Ashley. Megan, Jennifer, and Jeremy have been wonderful to work with. Our apartment was just renovated and it is beautiful. The campus has an open feeling with no sense of crowding. We feel there is good value for the price. We would recommend this community to a friend. It is quiet and secure. The gates add to that feeling. Maintenance? We mentioned that my wife had a problem accessing the bathtub. Not a complaint, just a comment in passing. Within 10 min. Jeremy was at the door with a grab handle. Community feel includes things like a chili cook-off, Halloween for the kids, etc. We looked at these apartments more than a year before we moved in. When we returned a year later Ashley recognized us. What a memory.
