Would have given them a zero if it was a option. Been waiting for four months while they keep lying to me about when apt. Due to be ready. They have had housing out five times for a apt not even up to code. In the mean time they don’t answer door or answer phone or you get message saying this number has temporarily been dis connected. Who runs a business in this manner. I think you should all be on the receding end of how you treat people. Anybody looking at these apartments should really look in a more professional company

I provided transportation & assistance for a client who is apartment searching. These apartments seem very nice. The office staff was very pleasant, professional, informative & helpful during the application process.

So many issues with the apartment and they never fixed it, even though I put in request numerous times. A year later still hasn't been fixed! New staff every week and they are no help either. Also they charge a monthly pest control fee and it's still infested with roaches!!

I don’t even know why they have tenants. I have lived here almost a year.I have maybe got someone to answer the phone twice since I been living here.That’s ridiculous you have ppl that work day shift too that might not be able to get there before the office close.We can’t even tell them what we need over the phone.1 out of 10 I wouldn’t recommend.
