Kim is such a great Leasing consultant, very attentive and kind -awesome sense of humor too! Hands down Felicia is the best community director/manager I have encountered at any property. I viewed the grounds, unit(s), observed noise levels and pleased with upkeep of everything; which is absolutely important. These ladies literally had me at hello as a tenant at Falcon Ridge! Thank you both Felicia and Kim; I am getting settled in and loving my new place!

Down South DIVA!

OMG new to this community and I already regret my decision to move here. No parking but you have a lot of expired tags and non running vehicles taking up parking spaces. Gate been open threw out the last month now on 6/10 gate closed but the gate code doesn’t work. Not to mention no gate opener this really sucks and the list goes ON…..PLEASE RESEARCH FIRST BEFORE LEASING

I have been a resident since 2011. The location is great, except for the apartments next door. Anyway, the staff is always nice, maintenance requests get worked on in a timely manner, and the complex is clean. I don't have any complaints about the other residents, nobody bothers anybody. There haven't been any break ins, so I do feel safer here than any other apartment complex in the area. These apartments are a little pricey, but definitely worth it.
