Keep an eye out on your child. Even if it may seem uncool to them better safe than sorry.
I've been going to concerts here since I was 14. Area is fine. Inside is fine. A bit tight but it's a concert so that's to be expected.
Depends what time of day, but if it were my 15 year old and it was at night, then no. It's not necessarily unsafe, but things can get nasty relatively quickly. That whole district is for partying and drinking.
Area is pretty safe. A lot of restaurants and bars outside of Revolution. Not sure if 15 is a great place at night without supervision.
