Worst services...I had been waiting for more than 30 minutes and nobody is attending the office...is incredible that.. that's why this service should be close. It should be operate by private company.

Made an appt here for a passport application, based on other reviews was expecting a horror story as is typical with a lot of other post office experiences. My experience here was great, everything was on time, promptly at the scheduled appt time and the post office worker was very professional and friendly.

They may be going out of business but they provide a very essential service for the country. I say support your local post office and try and ship through them it's usually cheaper than UPS and FedEx. It's probably all the bureaucracy of being run by the government that it's not turning profit. Streamline everything and make things more cost effective.

Customer Service is pretty bad at this location. I run a small business and I am there bi weekly to send out whatever paperwork and what not. The last time I was there there, the mail clerk told me I needed to come earlier because I had 11 priority mail. (Mind you there was nobody there and I was there about 30-45 minutes before closing and this takes normally 10 minutes.) I have done this at different locations and it doesn't take long. Now Today, the same mail clerk didn't pay attention to my request when it came down to E-receipts when I said to the mail clerk but instead he printed out my tracking. So when asked to see if I can still get E-receipts the mail clerk, he said I needed to mention it but I always request one and to me it looks like he wasn't paying attention and shun what I needed.
