The service of this place is the worst I have come across. I must remember that it is a service run by the government and is paid for with the citizens' taxes and their employees are paid very well plus their benefits. Shame on you.

There was nobody at the desk for over 10 minutes. The worker then proceeded to get into a heated argument with her manager about working the window. After the woman was "forced" to do her job, she took the customer's box, and threw it through the priority window and left to never be seen again. I warned the man behind me about what I had just witnessed and left to go somewhere else. If you don't want your shipments looking like they just went through a rugby match, then I'd advise you to go elsewhere.

I ordered furniture off of Amazon which I guess was using USPS for this delivery. It was supposed to arrive Friday but instead arrived Thursday without warning while I was at work... or would have arrived, except instead they left a notice saying they couldn't deliver it due to it being a "2 person lift." I had to come to this location to get it, all the while wondering how I am now supposed to complete this 2-person lift alone. You'd think an employee would at least help me carry the boxes to my car, but nope. They pushed the boxes over the threshold of their mailroom door and shut the door behind them without a word. Lucky for me it wasn't actually a 2-person job (just a 2-trip job by myself...). I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because at least this whole process only took 5-10 minutes and I got a good parking spot. Otherwise, I hope I never have to deal with this again.

I set up a package pickup online. Boxed it up, put labels on front and back. I saw my usps mail truck delivering mail at my box so I walked the box out to my mail person and asked .. can I hand this to you, she said sure. That was Tuesday, 2 day priority mail. It is now Thursday and my package isn't even listed as picked up yet. Got runaround from 800 number. It's really sad that I wanted to give my business to usps to support my local mail carriers due to them being so nice when I see them in the neighborhood and get let down. Hopefully they find it, and have the problem resolved quickly.

Useless USPS government workers. All the other post offices in Florida answer their phone. Why are the managers at this location any different. They feel it doesn't apply to them? Someone from the USPS main service board needs to have a talk with the location. The phone is there for public assistance as we pay their paychecks. USELESS PEOPLE

You can leave it. But The carrier have to leave a pink form, you can sing & print name, the carrier picks it up and he/she will bring next day! Or you have to pick it up at office.

Talk to your local post office so they contact your mailperson .you need to buy your own lock and the mailperson need to be present so you can change the lock
Mostoffices have a 10 or 11 am up time.
Yes ...we keep the mail at the station like a regular vacation hold and then it is sent out in a first class envelope once a week.... contact your station to let them know if you want to receive the bulk circular also.... because that would usually go with it
