If you visit the box office during their open hours (Monday 11am - 5pm and Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 6pm) you can get tickets without paying the Ticketmaster fees.

They don't. I've bought a lot of times from them and they just charge a fixed fee less than $15. Anyway, you just can go to the venue and try to get the tickets from the window but you might find a "Sold Out" sing outside of it.
