Can I practice cricket?
Phipps Park Baseball Inc., a private not-for-profit entity, operates the baseball facility under an agreement with the City of West Palm Beach. Only registered players and volunteers are allowed to use the baseball fields & practice areas. The rest of the park is open for public use.
Grounds keeper just told us it was all private and that we couldn't use ANYTHING in the baseball facility. No cages or even the tire posts. The website has no mention of it being owned by a private company. Guess I need to make a phone call if what you're saying is correct.
That is a public and familiar park to train baseball to kids and teenagers.
