Terrible service. Long wait. Arguments with un-informed staff re: legal discrepancies between competing regulations. Lack of email addresses to specify the legal issues. Deserves zero stars.

Aretha did exceptionally well during my first drivers road test, she was very professional and direct in the beginning and handled business quickly, even giving me some tips and critical review of my driving after the test! I was out within an hour. Aretha thank you for the exceptional service, you are magic.

A circus filled with clowns with no logical thoughts in their heads. Made an appointment a month ago just to sit for 2 hours in a room jam packed with bodies. When you call they claim their system can only show and do so little. They want you to come in and waste the little free time you do have.🤡🤡

I came into the office with the common anxiety of an anticipated long wait and the likelihood of the clerk telling me that I was ill prepared. I had prepared myself to be calm as the clerk would complete my tasks begrudgingly while taking any opportunity to make me feel like I could have done more to make this process more efficient. My experience was so far from expectation, I was blown away. My wait was about 20 minutes with an appointment, which I feel is very reasonable seeing as I wait longer than that in an empty doctors office. Stephanie was a breath of fresh air. She was kind, she smiled the entire time. She laughed at my dumb, nervous dad jokes and where I was ill prepared, she used her expertise to fill the gap. She made my experience so pleasant that I called 3 people to tell them about my experience.

Anyone who offers accommodations for short term rental (six months or less) is required to collect Tourist Development Tax from the guest when rent or accommodation charges are collected. TDT is 6% of total taxable rental receipts. It is an add-on tax and must be paid in addition to state sales tax. The landlord or owner must also obtain a Business Tax Receipt for Short Term Rental for each rental unit. You should also check with the local municipality in which the house is located (for example, the City of ... or Village of ... ) as the individual municipality might have its own local requirements in addition to the county requirements. For complete details and to register in the TDT portal on our website, visit: https://www.pbctax.com/tourist-development-tax/

Why? I am so disappointed disgusted with the fraudulent activity against the Constitutional Tax Collector and the foundation our Society of Laws were built upon. Remember the preamble? We the people in order to form the nation of America? Those were basic guidelines upon which to build. Laws are necessary for everyone to remember we are a civilized Nation. The Ten Commandments govern spiritual consciousness and the constitution society ethics and morals. No one can adhere to perfection in either but when you do wrong it's designed to redirect your thinking without handcuffs. It cuffs your mind to think. Is it right or wrong? Your choice, your decision, your consequences. 🤔Think

Good morning, Marilyn. You must contact the Florida Dept. of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles and follow the state's process for requesting your personal motor vehicle information. There is a request form on their website which you must complete and submit to the state. Here is the link to that information. https://www.flhsmv.gov/privacy-statement/driver-privacy-protection-act/ I hope that helps - good luck!

The easiest way is to go online to GoRenew.com and request a duplicate copy. Or you could make an appointment and have it printed. Online would be the easiest and probably faster way with the COVID restrictions they have at the tax collector's office.
