Under armour corporate needs to take a serious look at this location. The manager there during my visit today has given me the worst retail interaction I have ever had. This manager came over and was unwilling to let me speak. She was extremely rude, very hostile, extremely disrespectful and very aggressive. I will go on record saying it’s not a good practice to continuously talk over customers and to basically belittle and shut down somebody who is just asking for you to hear their side of the story. If the return policy has changed, you can calmly explain that and say “sorry there’s nothing I can do” rather than counting the months that have passed on your fingers. Also, asking if it’s a “threat” when I say I’m going to leave a bad review and raising your walkie talkie in a manner to call security is very out of line and very inappropriate for a customer interaction. This was all because I was trying to return a faulty shirt from this store that I was able to wear once before falling apart.

Absolutely love the brand and their products, but this particular store doesn't really have a whole lot. I still left after spending almost $100.

Great store with pretty good prices just unfortunately did not have what we were looking for in my son's size. Employees were very helpful in trying to find it though.
