PBHD’s Service Department is definitely the best around. My security sensor went on my ‘08 Nightster and my bike wouldn’t start. The part was on back order for a month and luckily I had purchased the Extended Service Plan from Alan Larson in their Finance Dept so I got a rental while I waited for my bike to be repaired. When I got it back the sensor was replaced and the bike ran as expected. Chris Brew who had just become the Service Manager followed up on my experience and when he realized that the bike had been with them for a month and only the one repair was made he asked me to give him my bike to see if there was anything else that could be done under ESP. Luckily I was going out of town for a week and left my bike with them again. Chris, and Ryan, the Mechanic he assigned my bike to took great pains to make sure that everything that could be repaired on my 14 year old motorcycle under ESP was. They went top to bottom and took care of everything they could and more. When all was said and done they returned my bike to me in an almost new condition. Except for the paint everything was done over. An amazing experience! Geno DeMauro the GM took a personal interest in my bike too. He told me Chris was promoted to his position to improve the Service Dept. He sure picked the right person for the job. He exceeded my expectations. Sue in Service and Dylan in Parts also went above and beyond. I highly recommend this dealership and their Service Department. I couldn’t be happier. Full disclosure, I worked for a different Harley-Davidson dealership and Indian dealership as well in the past. This is how all dealerships should be run. Kudos to the GM and his entire crew for excellent service and follow up.I’d give it more stars if I could.
