I simply came to pick up an order and absolutely no one greeted nor bothered to help me after standing in line to pick up meanwhile one employee is just standing there doing nothing. The worst part is my order wasn’t even correct, I paid in full for (3) size 10 uniform shirts and I get two size 12 shirts and one size 10 that are event the correct color I ordered!!! Highly don’t recommend!

This my second time going to the new store and it probably be the last time as soon as you walk is they asked if you need help which is but when that follows you all around the store and don't let you think or decide if you want to buy the stuff or not

Paulette and Devon were AMAZING honestly! I am 4’11 so finding scrubs has been very difficult for me. Paulette showed me around the store and showed me a lot of different options and encouraged me. The store has a lot of variety of uniforms and good prices too! Thank you 😊

This place is horrible! The so called district manager is very rude and very disrespectful for no reason at all! I purchased my daughter’s uniform shirts from here 2 days ago and because the shirts need to be embroidered I was told that I would be receiving a phone call that night or the very next day to pick up my order. I got there today which is 8/8/21 at 4pm to pick up my daughter’s uniforms I was then told that I had to wait in line which was very long by the way. As I waited, the district manager Nick came out the door around 4:40pm to everyone that he wasn’t taking anymore customers. When asked why and he told us that he told a “customer” who doesn’t even work at the store to tell us that the store was closed. Then I went up to him to tell him that I’ve already paid he told me that my order wasn’t ready I asked him how did know he didn’t ask for my name, order number, or anything. He just kept stating that it wasn’t ready. Then he immediately locked the door and proceeded to call the police and lied and told them that there was an “unruly crowd” in front of the store. When the police arrived they agreed with us but due to it being a private business it really wasn’t anything they could do. You would think that due to their mess up by only having a limited amount of uniforms for our children that they would accommodate us “the customers” the best way they can. Their district manager is very rude and I am going to strongly urge my daughter’s school to try a different uniform company so us parents won’t have to go through this next year.
