I've used Al Packer Ford parts and their service department for repairs under Warranty or things we didn't want to do ourselves for the last 20+ years. They have always treated us very well. Alex (our service manager) has always gotten us in and out as quick as possible with no surprises on the way out the door. The parts dept always gets parts they don't have in stock by the next day and are always helpful and understanding even when you don't know exactly what you need. I also highly recommend Al Packer Ford for your next new purchase. The Sales staff has always gotten me what I needed and at a good price.

Found the car I wanted online, went, and just showed up at the lot without an appointment. Met with Ed in sales, very nice and polite, and helped land me on the exact vehicle I wanted. Communication was very good, eventually, we reached a deal without a large hassle. The sales experience was great, the only issue I had was some things being promised that were not done correctly, but to their credit, they are working on making it right. Went to financing to finish the deal and this is my reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5. The finance manager seemed annoyed when I refused to purchase the "extended warranty" through them, and even at one point said that it was a bad idea to not "protect your paint" with their product. I felt pretty annoyed and the way he said it was almost like he was talking down to me. I let it slide and just asked him to let me sign the paperwork and leave. Once finished the car was delivered all cleaned up and pretty, Ed even helped me switch things from my old vehicle to my new one. All and all was a great experience, but like always get anything they promise to you in writing from them because that's my current issue. However if you're looking for a dealer without the current "Market Adjustment" that most dealers have, I would say check out Al Packer. Everyone has been super friendly and the dealer was pretty transparent in regards to pricing and financing.

Very disappointed with the body shop. It took over 2 months to repair my vehicle due to back order of parts which is an issue I totally understand. I previously told them on more than one occasion (in the first week of March) that I was due to give birth to my child in May, and needed my vehicle returned to me as soon as possible. To which they said I had “plenty of time”. The frustrating part is that I was told I would be updated regarding the status of my vehicle and notified when parts were delivered. I never received notification so I called multiple times. After being told the parts still weren’t in a few different times, and no correspondence, my husband called the shop. He was informed that my parts were delivered “earlier in the week” and they still had not begun to replace them. Again, no one reached out to update me so I’m thinking they were still waiting, yet they were already there. I did not receive my vehicle until weeks after I had my child. The service department did a great job repairing some sensor issues I had and reviewed a couple recalls to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. The quick lane as always gave amazing service. Nick is always so helpful and friendly, making sure to go above and beyond making sure everything runs smoothly and safely.

Ed was our salesman and he was amazing! Super kind, courteous, and caring. Was very humble and personal towards me and my family.
