You can contact the Financial Responsibility at 402-471-3985 or go to the DMV website dmv.ne.gov and they normally have a chat open 8am-5pm or you can send an email.
Are we bring two forms of identification, two pieces of mail that confirms your address. A birth certificate in case they ask for it.
