Terrible billing hassles with this utility

No sense of responsibility. Water main burst, then as they were flushing the line, the curb washed into the excavation. The city would not take responsibility and pay for the curb replacement due to the delayed reaction by the crew. Then they left the excavation half-full of water in freezing conditions for the licensed plumbers to come in and connect the house to the main.

They provide me with water at my home, but they are open for exactly eight-and-a-half hours per day. That is absolute nonsense. If you want people to be able to call you or visit you to pay their bill, you need to be open and available when people are not at work. Figure it out.

Is a Microwave standard on a work truck??? Work truck 22031 has one on the right side of the truck in the box by the truck door. I get that it lunch time but really!!! Looks like they do more heating things up food then working !!!
