Tonight me and my disabled mother was enjoying some evening shopping after the movies. In the back of the store, the Store manager Lori bursted out of the swinging doors ramming into my mother's walker...what did she say??? "Oh that's great" as she hurried to save her boxes instead of making sure my mom was ok. In fact she said nothing..absoulety nothing to me or my mom we were just an incovience my mother should have been disabled somewhere else. I will be following further steps to make sure no one is ever treated like this again. I have worked in retail all my life and I know the policy about coming out onto the floor through swinging doors with goods and definitely in all my experience I have never seen such disrespect especially amongst our vulnerable like the disabled.
