Anyone that's thinks the DMV is fast and friendly obviously works there or has family working there .I think they are the most unfriendly place and are rude as hell I watched them treat a few older people today in line that were confused so poorly I wish there was a way to report them that would do some good ...I heard a lot of people complaining so I know I'm not the only one that feels this way ....they need to be reminded they work for us .

I requested my driving record in September and it's now December. They recently cashed my check for the fee, but yet I still haven't received my record. So they are either pretending to be confused OR genuinely struggling to figure out how to print and mail it. If that's the case I can only imagine what the hardships are like for them day to day in that office. UPDATE: It's January, and I finally got it!
