A staff member assisted me on my first time visit. She took me right to the room after I checked in. The friend I visited is being taken care of in a satisfactory manner. I will visit him again.

If I could, I would give this facility a ZERO rating. This facility is SO DISGUSTING, NONE OF THE NURSES KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH EACH OTHER AND THEY TAKE CLOTHES TO BE WASHED BUT NEVER RETURN THEM. CLAIM THEY CANT FIND THEM!

Have a friend there for rehab and they are constantly waiting for pain meds and the food is always cold. Staff say they don't have proper equipment to keep stuff hot. Patient is weary about reporting things for fear of retailation.

I've been going in every Tuesday for over the past 6 months. Let me tell you what yes occasionally I do hear staff let's jump ship but they DON'T they are running all over the place to take care of people's loved ones. I see them sweating and overwhelmed just like any other facility that I've been in. When it's time for me to go and grab a resident they are super helpful on getting them up, yes it might take a few minutes since they are attending to someone else but they don't complain, and someone is always telling a resident how nice they look when they leave my beauty shop. I love working here and I love listening to the residents telling me stories about their family and joking with them it really does feel like a family in there!!
