Cannabis is legal for adult use in Vermont, but dispensaries cannot sell cannabis for recreational use. Dispensaries with a Vermont license to sell cannabis can only do so to people registered with the Vermont Marijuana Registry (VMR). More info on the VMR, here: https://medicalmarijuana.vermont.gov/
Yes but No Pot Shops for recreational sales yet. You have to be a registered mmj patient with Vermont residency. VT was the 1st State to legalize recreational pot through legislation but they failed to make sales legal.
