We hope to see the state take further steps in the direction of a fully legal recreational market. Right now, in order to purchase from a dispensary, you need to be registered as a patient with a qualified condition in the Vermont Marijuana Registry.
So people don't get a ticket or incarceration for possessing marijuana... There are still states where a joint gets you jail time... Glad I'm not living there.
