Lots of taxis. Shuttles charge by the person, taxis by the trip. So if there are only two or three of you, taxi is the way to go.
Yes there are many sell book options available and as he a mentioned allow the 3 hours, you can also book your flight through the cruise line and they have a shuttle but normally more money than booking yourself
Transporttion could be taxi, lyft or similar. Time, leave your self space at least 3 hrs ( 1 hr drive and another 2 for disimbarcasion)
