Fort Hill Tower is my most sentimental place in the entire world.... too bad its now inhabited by so many strangers and outsiders.... it was a very tight and loving community for 4 decades I witnessed... but I still love it so many memories.... the ghost stories were legendary

24/7 presumably. It's a disused water tower in an open-air square. You cannot go inside.
