I would not recommend looking for help from this organization especially from Marcia. She canceled two appointments once for car problems and once for not being able to figure out a simple detour. All at the last minute not concerning my inconvenience.

Not att all. Mass Health will do anything to shorten hours so they can pay for PCA less money. You have to fight to get hours you need. good luck.

I am a PCA . My contract end up on October 16. I still do not have new contract. The nurse called up and told my surragat that she has to go on vacation and can contact the patient on December 01. ARE WE LIVE IN AFRICA?>?????
