I came into this location today about 5pm for inquiry/details about membership information. The guy who assisted me was unpleasant appearing not wanting to be bothered during the questions and rushed quick tour. I have not enrolled in a gym in several years. But the visit I had with this location was very unpleasant. I honestly rate this a very poor customer service location Very Disappointed 😞

It's one of my top 3 places top 2 now. Because of convenience an Mondays-thursday it runs 24 hours then weekend it closes a bit early (not a bad trade off) they've updated their equipment It even counts reps an times break for most machines. Tho location isn't as large as some it has parking area an everything is literally kept clean even at busiest times. I like the environment in general an how it's maintained.

The staff was amazing! Patient, informative and knowledgeable! It's been years since going to Planet Fitness and they patienly helped me through the process! I look forward to returning and enjoying their full body hydro massage and full body toning! It is a quiet location with plenty clean equipment ready to put to work! You'll enjoy the experience!

Hello. I have noticed an oversight in the maintenance of the Planet Fitness gym on Washington Street. I have trained since its opening and have never looked so neglected as now. It is visible as the dust clothes all the machines and a general neglect of cleaning. The bathrooms and everything around is neglected and damaged machinery; urgent maintenance is required on the entire gymnasium campus. Please take action with it. Thank you!

I just walked to the gym in-person to see that it is still closed. You cannot enter the main area yet, only the pre-sale office. I spoke with the representative who told me that the gym “will open next week and is waiting on a certificate of occupancy to officially open.” Obviously this is exceedingly poor, given the multiple months of delayed starts and reasonings that have been offered. However, it continues to seem like the employees know little of what is happening to stall the open date. The official hours will be M-F 5am-11pm S-S 7am-7pm. The other hours people are currently quoting from the website are for the pre-sale office. All said, it continues to be more of the same. The only way to reliably be informed of the opening date is by signing up for the gym and receiving an email once they are ready.

Could’ve signed up for the black card and went to other gyms like I did. Been going to other planet fitnesses and haven’t been charged since signing up
They CONTINUE to lie and now they are being snotty about it. Mike's Gym wins in SERVICE hands down. These people and this weasel owner are dickin' us around! Enough already. Business practices like this should be illegal.
