Are there wheelchairs at the unloading area for handicapped persons going on the Norwegian Dawn crusie?

To get shipboard wheelchair assistance you either make arrangements with the cruise planner when initially booking or before departure date.... Or as you arrive, indicate to port personnel you require wheelchair assistance. I have traveled with both NCL and Royal Caribbean, out of 3 different Eastern seaports, for all 3 the arrangements were made before with the cruise planner.

I did not see any but doesnt mean there isn't any. I know there are people there who will accommodate handicap people, special elevator and check in for them and persons traveling with them
