I'm not sure, we got dropped off by Family member. Uber always is great though!
It may be the other way around....the hotel may provide the shuttle service. My understanding is given so many ships leaving there that they dont arrange transportation. The city of Boston may have a Shuttle or local bus run, that be close to your starting point. I would ask these questions of the hotel, they can give the best info...or call the city of Boston.
