They should be!! Though thier points system was just put in place and may not be available just yet. For anyone, delivers or not. Hardship should always apply!
Not the discount cards, as I found out. Those are for walk ins only. But the hardship discount still applied for delivery.
They are really good with their discounts so i would say yes
