There is a place called True Herbal Consultants. Make an appt to see a dr there. ($150) After that goes thro you get an email to fill out some paperwork and provide id for your card. They can answer any questions at the appointment and give you coupons, info, ect.
Make an appointment at Medwell and get an MMJ card, then when you have the card you can visit Revolutionary Clinics and show your MMJ card and your ID.
You need an MMJ card issued by the DPH. To get one, talk to a cannabis certifying physician.
You need to get screened by a licensed physician first.
