Short answer, no. Long answer: There aren't any boat/paddlecraft launches in the park either. But, there are County and City launches available all around the park. There are also several private vendors that rent nearby and some if them have launches that can get you into the park pretty quickly. Matlacha seems to be the most popular place to rent and explore.
So many parcels! Some with parking, picnic and beach amenities, some only acessible by gulf. The burnt store road location has administrative office and a short nature trail.
