NOT Sundown. Gates at Park HQ. 8am -5pm Monday - Friday. Gates at the Charlotte Harbor Environmental Center are different. Posted at the gates depending on volunteer availability. Parking is available outside the gates. All trailhead parking is sunrise to sunset.
