No rats that I know of. I have a friend who lives there and I visit a few times a week. I have never seen a rat.
I’ve called & called, sometimes it just rings, rings then nothing. Yesterday got a recorded message about Office Hrs., it WAS during office hrs but no answer. Hope when I go down tomorrow that someone is in the office! Recommended to me & I need in 2 days!!
