I will agree with the previous answer. Our family has used them as an emergency room for our cats for 15 years now. I am sure that your dogs are much higher on their list of priorities than a phone glitch. Remember, the whole east coast was battered. That explains the phone issue. They are a dedicated group & they will do whatever they can or need to do to provide top notch care for your beloveds. CAVES is KNOWN for their putting the needs of the animal first & foremost.
I'm not sure I just tried calling them myself and got the same recording. I have gone to them a couple of times they are very good. I hope it's just a technical issue. I'm sure your dogs are fine and are in very good hands. Good luck
