I have taken my dog duke here twice for an allergic reaction & now porcupine quills. All of the staff are very patient and kind. Prices aren’t completely outrageous either! I leave CAVs with a healthy happy pup!

I'd like to thank the entire team staffing the this location during the early morning hours of Sunday, 5/22. As first time pet owners my wife and I were fairly on edge as we set out at 4 AM, bringing our cat Frankie in with his first bout of illness. The care we received from Dr. Palmer and her team was outstanding from intake to discharge. It felt as if they were not only treating Frankie, but two nervous owners as well. Two days later and I'm glad to see my buddy acting like his old self and thankful to have had the 24 hr emergency care available to us. Thank you!

In June 2021, I brought my pug, Riley, to CAVES, after having intractable vomiting and diarrhea. I was so grateful that they brought him in to triage him, rather than just have us sit in the car waiting for our turn, as it helped to ease my mind a little. After they looked him over, we waited for a couple of hours, which they were fully transparent with from the beginning. When we were brought in for Riley to be seen, everyone was so wonderful. The doctor explained everything thoroughly, and was so kind while I could hardly keep my composure, because my boy had never been so sick. They kept Riley overnight to medicate, hydrate, run tests and observe him, and I couldn’t be happier with the care that was provided. Lexie even texted me in the early morning with an update that brought a smile to my face. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CAVES to anyone who is looking for excellent, emergent care for their fur babies!

Very disappointed. Have a puppy who is 28weeks and has been sick all day with diarrhea and vomiting. We went had to call and had a nurse check us in at 5:42pm. we were sent back to our car because another dog came in with more serious symptoms ( which I understood). I proceeded to sit in my car with pup for about 1hr. I asked if we could go home until they could see him because he was getting nervous. so went home. got called at 7:40pm. Got there and was placed in a room, where we sat for over 40mins. Finally bundled Pup up and told them I was better off waiting to see a vet that actually cared about the patient. They have proved yet again why I will NEVER bring any of my pets there.

Yes
no payment plans and they get mad at you if you can't pay upfront. they just tell you to apply for care credit.
Yes, they did the last time I was there. I would assume it hasn't changed.
I would think you call them up and they should be able to credit their card their payment went on. They do require payment or your pet doesnt get treated.😥
Though they do not have a specialist, they do take exotic animals.
Go to their Facebook page and try to message them.
