This is a great company. Fast and easy service. MANY benefits. I definitely recommend. Plus, when you speak with someone on the phone it is like calling a family member you haven't spoken to in years. Impeccable customer service guys. Kudos.

Long story made short, I waited over two hours for service only to be eventually told the service "came and left" because they couldn't find me, which is nonsense. AAA offered to put in another call, which would have been probably ANOTHER hour or more. The money I have wasted on this membership I could have used to start my own lucrative business that also doesn't get cars unlocked for people in need. Customer service was nice and apologetic, but the job of roadside assistance is to *help* and since I received no help, I must give 1 star. Other information of note: Their website is terribly clunky and hasn't been updated in years.

We ha a small business and a AAA tow truck driver ran over a sign of ours and they "couldn't find out who it was". And 2 years ago was broken down in Hillsboro about midnight and AAA had no one that could help me. Needless to say canceled my membership!!!

I went to use the free shedding service, which was awesome in itself, quick ,easy and friendly. The gentleman directing through the shredding line suggested we stop in at the AAA office and tell them we wanted a "goodie bag." We got a small carry all with coffee mugs for both of us and pens, a notepad, etc. The people inside were very helpful and respectful of our time. Last but not least, we spotted some luggage on sale with good member pricing and a couple with very good clearance prices. We have beat the old luggage to pieces, making this a timely opportunity. I tend to treat my AAA membership as roadside emergency service, when in actuality, they offer a lot of services and are staffed with very friendly helpful people.

They do not do currency exchange. Bank of America in Concord can order currency and have it ready for pickup generally in 3 days or less. Only fee is Fedex cost. Recently purchased Chinese Yuan and Israeli New Shekels. No problems. Note: If you are a AAA member, then the Concord office will give you free passport photos.

Yes absolutely. You can get roadside service even if you are a passenger in another person's car. Great customer service. The yearly membership fee is worth every penny.

If you have the comprehensive insurance, yes. Definitely check your deductible first before filing a claim though, your estimate could be $75 for a crack and your deductible $250 (example only) so filing may not be worth it. Granite State Glass offers a discount for just having a membership
We have a travel department in most offices that can assist with all you trips, road trips and the bigger ones! Plus we have exclusive member deals for travel going on consistently, so always call your local office. Even if you don’t use our travel department, many hotels, restaurants etc have discounts for AAA members! Just ask at the counter, you’d be surprised
