This place has been wonderful to me for the past 13 years. They own the property where I live and whether it be questions or if I'm having trouble getting the rent money they have helped me and are very nice about it. They're always willing to help out any way they can and they're very understanding. Every time I come in to their actual office the receptionist is always bright and cheery and will do anything possible to be able to help me with whatever I need that day. I definitely recommend them to anyone that I know looking for a place to live!

Recently moved to the Hodges put in Walpole and it's very nice, the apartments have new/newer appliances. Shelly was amazing and so easy to work with while getting set up and into our place which is incredibly helpful and stress relieving. The apartment complex itself is pretty quiet, there's mountains right outside that make it aesthetically beautiful. The people have been really nice and welcoming as well. My mom lives in the Concord Hodges (Salisbury Green) and they have nice apartments as well, that is right off Loudon Rd which has everything you really need on the strip, and if not it's not far, plus they have a bus stop right out front. The Concord ones also have security that is constantly around, which is nice for my mom to know, because it makes her feel a lot safer.

Cory was the ONLY professional, helpful and intelligent employee there- besides him everyone else who works there or handles our property management is rude and unorganized. Numerous occasions they have screwed up our acct with their clerical errors and pathetic attempt at doing their job
