Yes. They have grills and I believe you can bring your own and cook near the picnic tables. They have a playground, and reastrooms not far from the beach or the picnic tables. There's also a Second part. Near the statue of Rochambeau*. You can cook on the grass no picnic tables in the 2nd part. Also a small beach. Little further from the restrooms. Yes. You can use theirs if one is available , I strongly suggest that you bring yours and go early if you want to secure a picnic table.
