Hi. We have rented a car from you for 17 days 23rd april until 10th May through our local travel agent in england .We have noticed in the rental, toll charges which we did not want .Is this compulsary and if so what is the charge ? worried Norman .

If you didn't use toll roads and have not asked for the extra service, hey can refund you, but if you were using a toll road, it may make sense to pay for the service and avoid the fees. I would ask or email them

In the states there are tolls you need to pay on the road. When you rent a car ther charge you around 11$ a day for a little machine you can see on the dash board. Each toll can be a different price but with this machine they charge you you only pay their(dollar rent a car) one time a day fee instead of paying each toll when you pass them..
