Just like Reggie said, all military medical records, and I should also mention,any new medical records from your actual doctor (s), any test of procedures, done to you or if you have any new information on your health that's not disclose in your military records.
DD-214 & all medical records, identifications, ets papers, school papers etc. Depends on what your wanting to accomplish really.
