I was very nervous about my son’s first ER visit. The doctors and nurses were very kind and made sure I understood everything that was going on during the process. Definitely recommend any parent to take their kids to Arnold Palmer. We live an hour away from this hospital, but it was worth the drive.

I can't thank the pedatric care unit enough at Arnold Palmer. Last year in January, my son was admitted and diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. They took the initiative to make my son and myself, comfortable enough for our stay. Fast forward to today, my daughter Gabriella was seen at Halifax; after 7 hours of waiting and them telling me my daughter won't be transferred until the next morning (7a.m) I took it upon myself to take my daughter straight to Arnold Palmer. As soon as I got there, my daughter had a room ready to go for her. When you need knowledge, support and care, Arnold Palmer is always the answer♡

The best hospital ever! My family is so grateful for the team that was put together for the care of my son. Clean, great service! and the staff in overall from top to bottom is very professional. We feel very comfortable in this hospital and we recommend it to everyone that wants to come visit .

Would have been 5 stars because of MD and the rest of the staff, but there is a nurse in the ER on a power trip. She tried to diagnose my son with a perforated ear drum, insulted my parenting skills, told me my 4 month old has behavioral issues and also tried to play pediatrician and switch my son's formula due to her own personal opinions. I really hope for her sake she gets out of this profession before she mouths off to the wrong parent. Hard to believe that this woman was ever employed by Arnold Palmer. Visit was 3/5/22.

Go to the child life office , behind the Script pharmacy inside APH,you may ask the receptionist by the castle where it is and that you wish to donate the toys etc she will tell you where to go, the child life specialist will make you sign a paper for donations records and that's it ! I donated some kids books and the entire process was really fast sign and go :)

This is the absolute BEST place to take your baby. I've given birth to 3 of my children there and my 2 year old just had open heart surgery there 2 weeks ago. They go above and beyond for the little one's. Through years of living in this area this is the best place to take sick babies. I hope everything works out for you.
