They need to fix the machines that allows us to exit the garage. Almost everyday one exit isn't working so that leaves only exit open which causes a huge line to exit. It takes almost 40 min to exit the parking garage. With all the money they get for people to pay to park I'm sure they can invest in updating the machines that will properly work continuously for people to exit the garage. Or even hire people to work at the booths to manually allow us to exit.

The Library Garage in Downtown Orlando is an architectural and engineering marvel. Leaving my car there makes me feel that I'm giving testament to the venturesome souls who conceived it and those amazing humans who built it. The walls, built to almost perfect verticality, whisper of the time when nothing existed on that spot and then, after many months, something did. I will be remiss if I did not mention the floors of this magnificent tribute to human capability. They are made of solid concrete, which I believe provides much of the sturdiness of said floors. My car did not sink at all, even though I was riding it. So, if you are in Orlando and you have an unquenchable desire to put your car in between two lines at a multi-vehicular facility, you have found your place.

This is the worse library I have been in when it comes to respect of other people. I have just became homeless 2 weeks ago and started going to this library, and the way they treat the homeless compared to the people that are not is disgusting from were I sit at. These employees that work here witch I can point out a couple are the rudest people I have ever met in my life. They talk to us(homeless people) like we are a cancer. I asked a lady that worked at the children section this morning if I could use her stapler she really rude and straight forward with me in a manner that I myself thought was really disrespectful. Most of the homeless people that come in to this library are veterans as I am my self. I am a veteran of dessert shield and dessert storm. I have a GED and some college. I also am an eagle scout. The lady that responded to me rudely judge me because I was homeless and not knowing the blanket of freedom that I myself provided for her while in Kuwait( the same goes for the other rude employees in this library). Something needs to be done about this. This is a public library last I checked, and public means everybody. Also the Wi-Fi should not have a pass code when you are using your own device. Never have I been in a library where they charge 10$ to gain access to the internet. Crazy. Also someone needs to retrain these employees not all homeless people are bad "if you have one bad apple do you throw the whole basket away?" If you can't figure that quote out you should not work in a library or anywhere that deals with people

This garage has easy access to the library but it's somewhat expensive. We were there for an hour and a half and had to pay $4. I wonder if our price was increased because it took over 30 minutes to exit the garage through the incredibly long line. Make sure not to go on an event day or it will take forever to get out of here and they will charge you for it.
